The following section summarizes Phonefinity’s policy for returns and refunds
- A customer who hasn’t received their order yet can cancel the latter by:
- From “My Account” page go to the order page and click on “cancel request”
- by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- by calling our number +96170686406
- After receiving an order, a customer may request a return within 3 days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
- Items should be in the same condition that were received in (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging) otherwise the return request will be denied.
- If the return request is due to Phonefinity’s fault, then the latter bears the return delivery fees, otherwise the customer bears the delivery fees which shall be deducted from the refund amount.
- The customer will be notified by email about the approval/rejection of his return request within 2 business days of receiving the returned items at Phonefinity.
- Refunds are made in/to the same payment method used within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that, in case of online payment, a refund may take up to 14 days to be reflected on your card statement depending on your card provider.
- To prevent the abuse of our return policy, Phonefinity reserves the right to deny a return in case of unjustified repeated returns.
